أمن عدن يحيل ملف قضية الضابط مازن حازب إلى النيابة العامة بعد استكمال التحقيقات

The National Security Forces in the capital, Aden, announced in a statement that they have completed all legal procedures and investigations related to the case of Officer Mazen Hazeb and have referred the entire case file to the competent Public Prosecution, following the completion of the investigation and inquiry work, in line with their absolute commitment to applying the system and ensuring that judicial procedures proceed according to the legal frameworks in force in the country.

The statement read that the National Security Forces in the capital, Aden, confirm the completion of all legal procedures and investigations related to the case of Officer Mazen Hazeb, and based on the results of the investigation, the case file has been submitted to the competent Public Prosecution in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

After carefully reviewing the case file, the Public Prosecution directed that the accused be transferred to the detention facility in the central prison in Mansoura Directorate to complete the remaining investigation procedures and to dispose of the case in accordance with the law.

The National Security Forces in Aden, while performing their national duty of maintaining security and stability, stressed their full commitment to enforcing the authority of the system and the law, and their keenness to deal with various issues professionally in accordance with the legal and institutional path, in coordination with the Public Prosecution and the competent authorities, in order to ensure the achievement of justice, the preservation of rights, and the strengthening of confidence in state institutions.
