The Humanitarian Action Cell launched today, Monday, the distribution of comprehensive food baskets in the Bab al-Mandab district, west of Taiz Governorate, under the auspices of the Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Lieutenant General Tariq Saleh, and with the support of the Joint Forces Command and the supervision of the advanced Saudi operational base in Mocha.

The humanitarian project targets thousands of families from the most needy groups, including orphans, people with disabilities, and the poorest families in various areas of the Bab al-Mandab district, within an integrated relief program aimed at improving living conditions in the western coastal areas.

The aid provided includes food baskets containing basic supplies as part of urgent response efforts to the growing humanitarian needs of citizens in the region.

In the same context, the distribution of field aid continues in the districts of Al-Wazi’iyah in Taiz Governorate and Al-Khokha in Al-Hudaydah Governorate, within a well-defined field plan aimed at expanding the scope of beneficiaries from needy families in the liberated districts and areas of the western coast.
